ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the transfer order.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that the transfer is only for 5 years and the tenure of 5 years is over. Moreover, the learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was dismissed from service, vide order, dated 08.09.2020. The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the writ petitioner died, but the Counsel is not having any instruction on the date of death and the details of legal heirs.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
