ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2869 of 2020, dated 15.03.2023.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent, in compliance with the order of this Court dated 15.03.2023, has passed orders on 18.10.2024.

3. It is seen that the order of this Court dated 15.03.2023 passed in W.P.(MD) No.2869 of 2021 has been complied though much beyond the period as directed. However, since there is a compliance of the order of this Court, no further order is required in this Contempt Petition and the same is closed, accordingly. No costs.
