Learned counsel for the petitioner states that an appeal was filed by the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2010 and that this Court directed disposal of said appeal by order dated 04.03.2022 in W.P.(MD).No.3965 of 2022. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. Accordingly, W.P.(MD).No.13731 of 2016 is closed without any order as to costs. Consequently connected W.M.P.(MD).Nos.10237 and 10238 of 2016 are closed.
