ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner questions the impugned order dated 14.09.2022 whereby he has been dismissed from service. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General pointed out that the petitioner had already filed an appeal before the appellate authority. When the petitioner has already availed appeal remedy, I am of the view that the petitioner can as well work out his rights therein. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner to pursue the appeal remedy, this writ petition is dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. Connected miscellaneous petition 2/5
