ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1158 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is the husband and the respondent herein is the wife. Their marriage was solemnized on 02.03.2015 as per Hindu Customs and Rights and due to the wedlock, they are blessed with a female child. Due to some misunderstanding, both are living separately. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.1158 of 2019 before the Family Court, Madurai. He further submits that the petitioner is working at Mumbai and he is appearing for almost every hearing without fail. Now, it is the grievance of the petitioner that though the divorce petition is filed in the year 2019, it is still pending without any progress and the respondent is evading to file a counter affidavit. Therefore, he seeks a direction of this Court to the trial Court for early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1158 of 2019.

3. In view of the nature of order to be passed in the petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1158 of 2019, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
