This Writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to give adequate police protection to protect the petitioner and his property of an extent of 46 cents in Town Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 would submit that, based on a complaint of the petitioner, the fifth respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.285 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 443, 447, 506(2) and 379 of IPC. After registering the case, the fifth respondent police has conducted a detailed enquiry and found that no offence is made out and no prima facie is made out to proceed with the FIR and therefore, the same was closed on 27.07.2016 as 'Mistake of Fact'. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
