Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12126 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, police would submit that the petitioner herein has complied the condition only for 2 days and seeks dismissal of this petition.

3.
