The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 03.10.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.891 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.5711, dated 30.12.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 03.10.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 03.10.2024. 30.01.2026 (2/2) cmr
