The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 14.03.2025 in A.S.No.21 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Sattur, reversing the judgment and decree, dated 25.01.2021 in O.S.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent and the learned counsel for the first respondent and also perused the records. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that they are leaving it to the discretion of the Court.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
