DECREE:- This Appeal Suit coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Trial Court and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Lawrence Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.D.Venkatesh Advocate for the Respondents, this Court while modifying the Decree and Judgement of the oringinal Suit and Disposing the Appeal suit doth order and decree as follows:- (i)that the suit be and hereby is decreed and the relief of specific performance is granted on condition that the balance ale consideration of Rs.8,00,000/-(Rupees Eight Lakhs only) is to be paid by the plaintiffs within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgement;
