3.The Hon'ble Supreme Court is emphasizing that suit should be disposed of within five years. In this case, the suit is more than nine years old. I, therefore, direct the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.100 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
