ORDER

The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the second respondent to enroll the petitioner's name in the list of Advocate nominal roll belongs to the Tirunelveli Bar Association, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/Tirunelveli Bar Association submitted that the petitioner will be admitted as a member.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that 2/5

the petitioner is not a member of any other Bar Association. 4.If so, the petitioner may give a declaration to that effect and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to admit the petitioner as a member of the Bar Association.

5.The petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent immediately and on such approach, the formalities may be completed and the petitioner shall be admitted as a member forthwith. 6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
