ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) This Writ Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the 4th respondent in Government Poramboke Pathway in Natham Survey Nos.385/4 and 385/9, Thayilpatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2025.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that already the 3rd respondent / Tahsildar has made a survey and identified the encroachment. He would further submit that appropriate proceedings will be initiated as contemplated under the Act for removal of the encroachment. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and conclude the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
