Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the petitioner's original certificate, such as community certificate, Nativity Certificate, Transfer Certificate, SSLC Mark Sheet, HSC Mark Sheet forthwith by considering his representation dated 07.08.2025 with stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the petitioner's original certificate, such as community certificate, Nativity Certificate, Transfer Certificate, SSLC Mark Sheet, HSC Mark Sheet, forthwith, by considering his representation dated 06.08.2025.

2. The petitioner claims to be a student, who was studying in the Department of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences in the fourth respondent college. It is submitted that the petitioner has decided to pursue his education in some other institution and therefore, requires the return of certificates for the said purpose.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2025.

4. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the fourth respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of after dispensing with notice on the fourth respondent by directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.08.2025 and dispose of the same on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As far as refund of fees is concerned, it is open to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
