Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1134 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15775 of 2020, dated 23.02.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to surrender and to produce sureties. Due to illness of the petitioner, she was not able to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1134 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15775 of 2020, dated 23.02.2021. 3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 07.01.2021 and thereafter an extension of time petition in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1134 of 2021 was filed and the same was allowed on 23.02.2021. CRL MP(MD) No.11361 of 2021 petitioner filed this petition for extension of time. This is the second petition seeking extension of time and the lethargic attitude of the petitioner cannot be considered. I find no merit in this petition.
