The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on his application for subdivision and issuance of patta.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The said application was submitted as early as on 23.10.2018. Considering the considerable passage of time and the changes in rules and regulation during the intervening period, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh online application for issuance of subdivision patta, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. On such application being made by the petitioner, the Tahsildar / second respondent shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter. No costs. 17.04.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no jbr To:
