This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of holding up an investigation without following due process of law based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that there existed money dispute between the fifth respondent and the petitioner and that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.
