ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned order in Thi3/2931/2011, dated 28.12.2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. D. Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that initially the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD).No. 1393 of 2016 and was transferred and the same was subject matter of Writ Petition and in view of the stay order, he was continued there. However, as per the modified order, he was transferred by the District Collector on 26.07.2017. In view of the subsequent development, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
