The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 20.02.2023 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.158 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, both sides learned counsel are present and submitted that on 06.06.2024 before the Mediation Centre of this Court, the matter was settled and they produced a copy of the Settlement Agreement of the said date. 3.Accordingly, the same is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in the terms of the settlement agreement.
