2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are disputes in respect of the immovable property between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 and two suits are already pending. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that after conducting an enquiry on the complaint given by the respondent No.3, it was closed by the respondent police.
4.Since the complaint given by the respondent No.3 against the petitioner has already been closed and no complaint is pending against the petitioner, no further orders can be passed in this case.
