ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is a neighbor and is working as Village Administrative Officer and that though the petitioner has given a complaint, the second respondent has not taken any action but on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and the third respondent, CSR Nos.314 of 2024 and 291 of 2024 came to be registered and are pending for enquiry.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and to the third respondent for causing their appearance before him for enquiry and there is no question of orally summoning the parties to the police station and thereafter the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
