The above writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the petitioners' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands bearing Survey Nos:294/11 - 294/18 situated at No: 78, Navalpattu, Thiruverambur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District pending disposal of the statutory appeal before the first respondent. 2/5

2. It is now brought to the Court's notice that a statutory appeal has been dismissed and the subsequent writ petitions filed in W.P.(MD) Nos.10352 and 10354 of 2021 have also been dismissed. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the above writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
