Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2016 and to settle a scheme under Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act in respect of management and administration of Arulmighu Vadivazhagiamman Deity and Temple at Kanniyakurichi Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Tanjore District and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

W.P.(MD).No.14012 of 2016 with the case before the trial Court in O.S.No.64 of 2021 for the same relief in the writ petition.
