Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.5779/2016/V5 dated 27.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to disburse a loan of Rs.2,90,000/- towards improvement of the petitioner's house property bearing Plot No.25B situated at S.No.11/B, Thataneri Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
