ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Maheswaran, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.Gnanasekaran., Government Advocate(criminal side) for the respondents1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.765 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. He further submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be relaxed.
4. Accordingly, the condition No.10(b) already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A (MD)No.765 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 is hereby relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearings and as and when required.
