This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioners and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioners, the enquiry has been conducted. The enquiry reveals that it was a civil dispute between the parties and the second respondent closed the case as civil in nature and directed the parties to approach the civil Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the complaint has already been closed, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
