ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has made an endorsement as follows:- "May be permitted to withdraw with liberty to move the trial Court for vacating the ex parte order of interim injunction."

2.It is also informed that the matter is listed on 16.12.2021. Therefore, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli shall endeavor to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.817 of 2021 by 16.12.2021, if the counter be filed by the petitioner herein on the said date itself or at the earliest preferably within a period of 15 days thereafter.

3.The Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
