ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second 1/4

respondent to initiate proper action in accordance with law upon the complaint of the writ petitioner dated 24.04.2024 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner as well as the rival party Senthil Kumar, enquiry is pending in current papers.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the writ petitioner as well as to the said Senthil Kumar and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
