Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The first respondent shall hear the rival parties if any before passing final orders. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. 3.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 26.08.2022 skm 2/4
