[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct the Agricultural Extension Centre in S.F.No. 397/2, of Udayalipatty Village, Pudukkottai District and to forbear them from constructing the building in S.F.No. 190/2 of Vathanakottai Village,

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infrunctuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
