ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants the Prosopis Juliflora trees in the petition mentioned water bodies to be removed. The petitioner has given a representation and since it was not acted upon, this writ petition has been filed.

3.I fail to understand as to why for each and everything, the doors of the Writ Court should be knocked. If the petitioner is a public spirited and serious minded, can gather the villager and carry out the task by himself. I am not inclined to issue any direction as sought for. 2/4
