O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner, as there is no case pending against him. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that there is no complaint against the petitioner and there is no case pending against him and therefore, the petitioner's apprehension is incorrect.

3.By recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there are no complaint and case pending against the petitioner, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to follow the procedure in case if the petitioner is required in any case for enquiry.
