The learned counsel appearing for the appellant / plaintiff filed a memo, dated 15.10.2019 stating that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as settled out of Court. The appellant / plaintiff also prayed for refund of Court Fee.
