ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned FIR in Crime no.162 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that during the course of investigation, some of the accused have been deleted from the array of accused and investigation is almost over. He further submitted that final report will be filed within one month.

3. In view of the above said submission, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With this direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
