ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Tailoring Teacher, seeking a Mandamus to approve her appointment made to the third respondent School on 03.01.2024.

2. After being appointed to the above said post, the third respondent Management has forwarded the proposal for approval to the first respondent through the second respondent on 21.02.2024. Since no orders have been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to forward the proposal to the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the files, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
