For Appellant : Ms.P.Malini For Respondent : Mr.A.Shajahan JUDGEMENT This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to set aside the order, dated 06.04.2022 passed in I.D.O.P.No.30 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. The I.D.O.P.No. 30 of 2020 was preferred by the wife to dissolve the 1/3

marriage and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved over the same the present appeal is filed.

3. With consent of both the parties, this matter was referred to the Lok Adalat for amicable settlement and the issue was settled. The memorandum of understanding was recorded. Already the wife had received all the jewels. Based on the same, the Lok Adalat has granted an award, dated 09.12.2023.

4. Accordingly, the marriage between the appellant and respondent is dissolved and this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed. The Memorandum of Understanding is forming part and parcel of this Judgment. No Costs.
