Respondent PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter issued to the petitioner by the respondent in Ref. No.SAMB/PRP/Velammal/2021-22 dated 26.11.2021, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to complete the sale transaction as per the Agreement For Sale Under Private Treaty dated 20.12.2019.
