Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed in No.P23/2/12318594/ADK 306 proceeding dated 27.07.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1 to 4 respondents to send a revised pension proposal by re-fixing the pay scale of the petitioner in the cadre of Middle School Headmaster from 01.09.1992 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.525 dated 29.12.1997 and disburse all other service & monetary benefits within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
