The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 21.10.2019 for grant of permit to operate the mini bus bearing Registration No.TN 72 H 0205 from Nellai Santhippu to Kiruba Nagar (Via) Kokkira Kulam, Palayamkottai Tower, Murugan Kurichi, Andrews Bus Stop, Bhaathi Nagar, Palai Market, Seevalperi Road, STR Kalyanamandabam, Kakkan Nagar, Anna Nagar. 2.It appears that the petitioner was originally granted permit to operate her minibus from Palayamkottai Tower to Kiruba https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.22699 of 2019 Nagar. Thereafter, the said route has been declared as one way. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 21.10.2019 to the respondents for grant of permit to operate the mini bus in the alternative route as stated above. Since no action is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
