Prayer :- This Appeal Suit filed under Sec. 54 of Land Acquisition Act, against the award Dated 23/10/2003, passed in L.A.O.P. No. 204 of 1994 on the file of the Court of the Land Acquisition Claims Tribunal / Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli. DECREE:- This Appeal coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the award of the Tribunal and the material papers relating to this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. J. Gunaseelan Muthiah, Additional Government Pleader for the Appellant and the respondents having not appeared either in person or through their Counsel; this Court doth order and decree as follows:
