ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has averred in the affidavit that the private respondents 4 and 5 have obtained Patta over the Temple land of the petitioner by producing a false and fraudulent records and therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation to the third respondent herein, the Commissioner, Trichy City Corporation, to enquire into the wrong Patta that have been issued to the private respondents.

3. Further, in Paragraph No.7 of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has stated as follows:- ''7. I submit that though we made hectic attempts to save the temple properties also, recently we found that as far as concerned old S.F.No. 236/2, again some wrong entries have been incorporated. Hence on 5.7.2017, I have preferred a detailed Page No. 2 of 5

representation before the respondents herein and through that I requested them to remove the wrong entries made in S.F.No.73/1, 73/2, 75, Block No.14. Having receipt of the same too, till date they have not taken any action on it. Though my representation is pending with the respondents for nearly one year and above, till date they have not initiated any action on it.''

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents submits that the respondents 2 and 3 will consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.

5. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today. Needless to state before passing any order on the petitioner's above said representation, the private respondents shall also be heard. No costs.
