ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1 to R3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2. There is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. O.S.No.217 of 2020 has been filed by the petitioner before the Sub Court, Madurai. According to the petitioner, the fourth respondent is avoiding appearance in the suit and is trying to put pressure on the police through the respondent police.
