This Writ Petition is filed as against the auction notification of the respondent, dated 08.01.2016.

2.Today (08.02.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
