Respondents/Defendants Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the 1st Additional District Court (PCR) Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the O.S. NO. 175 of 2018 within a definite time framed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 31/10/2019 and requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide letter D.No.593/2023, dated 14/07/2023, this Court made the following, The learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, sent a letter dated 14.07.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.175 of 2018, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.10.2019.
2. Having considered the reason stated in the letter dated 14.07.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another six months to dispose of O.S.No.175 of 2018. 2/3
Accordingly, six months time is extended as prayed for, from today to dispose of O.S.No.175 of 2018.
