O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner, consequently not to interfere with the civil nature matters.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, though this is a civil dispute, the respondent Nos.1 & 2 herein, unnecessarily harassing the petitioner and hence, the petitioner suffered lot and as such prayed for direction.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that based on a complaint lodged by the respondent Nos.3 & 4, the respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 23.07.2016 as all the allegations are civil in nature. He would further submit that no complaint is pending as against the petitioner herein. The said submission is recorded.
