This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to release the Petitioner's vehicle viz., Ashok Leyland Tanker Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 52 C 7788.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the vehicle has already been handed over to the petitioner on 06.06.2022. The relevant material was also placed before this Court.
