ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to rectify the mistake committed in manual FMB Sketch pertaining to property in S.F.No. 351/4 measuring to an extent of hectare 0.45.0 Ares, which is acre 1.11 cents, situated at Trichy District, Thottiyam Taluk, Ealurpatti, in the light of petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2023, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.07.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
