ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in petitioner's name with respect to the property measuring an extent of 1 acre situated in Survey No.58/2B, A.Valayapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai, on the basis of her representation dated 16.08.2024.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's land had been surveyed and measured pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.27309 of 2023 and Cont.P(MD).No.1137 of 2024. The petitioner had made necessary representations to the respondents to issue patta in respect of the petition mentioned property on 16.08.2024.

However, the same has not been processed and hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.On perusal of the records would show that the petitioner had approached the revenue authorities for surveying and demarcating the land and the same has also been ordered and completed. The petitioner is now sought for grant of patta, after the survey and demarcation of the property.

5.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not made an application online. If the petitioner submits an application through online, the same has to be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 6.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to made an application online to the respondents within a

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to issue patta within a period of three weeks therefrom.

7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
