PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey and fix the boundaries for the petitioner's land to an extent of 1.21 acre situated in Survey No.286/4B and 286/5A Valandur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District as per the Gift Deed in Doc.No.1355/2018, dated 12.07.2018 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Chekkanurani, based on the petitioner's 1/4

representation and fee remittance, dated 13.07.2023, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner with a grievance that his application dated 13.07.2023 for survey of his land has not been considered by the respondents has approached this Court for a Mandamus, to issue directions to the respondent to survey his land. 2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the petitioner has submitted his application on 13.07.2023 and it would be considered on seniority basis.
