Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the UDR Patta on the name of the 5th to 11th respondents herein and issue Patta to the petitioner with regard to lands in Ayyalur Village Survey Nos.646/3, 1139/3, 1143, 1147, 1148, 1149/1, 1149/2, 1150/1, 1150/2, 1150/3, 1152, 1153, 1154/2 and 1177/3 based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2018.

ORDER

There is no merits in the present Writ Petition as during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.136 of 2019 before the Sub-Court, Vedasandur.

2. Considering the same, prayer of the petitioner for cancellation of the names of the private respondents in the Patta cannot be considered. The petitioner has to workout his remedy in the above said suit and thereafter, approach the authorities.

3. Under these circumstances, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as premature. No costs.
